Salāti “Monika” aizēnos gan “šubu”, gan “Olivjē salātus”
Ļoti garšīgi, maigi un piesātināti salāti. Pagatavot ļoti ātri no pieejamiem produktiem. Šādi salāti rotās jebkuru svētku galdu!
Sastāvdaļas:
- 300 g Ķīnas kāposti
- 1 gabals vistas krūtiņa
- 4 olas
- 2 gurķi
- 1 sīpols
- 60 ml etiķis
- Majonēze (pēc garšas)
- Sāls
- Melnie pipari
Pagatavošana:
Sīpolu notīra, sagriež un aplej ar etiķu un ūdeni proporcijā 1:1, un atstāj marinēties. Kāpostu sagriež nelielos kubiņos vai salmiņos. Arī visu sagriež kubiņos un pievieno kāpostiem.
Gurķi sagriez mazos gabaliņos un pievieno vistai.
Notecini šķidrumu no sasmalcinātajiem sīpoliem un apvieno visas sastāvdaļas. Pievieno vēl sāli, piparu un majonēzi pēc savas gaumes. Kārtīgi samaisi.
Rotā pēc saviem ieskatiem. Var izveidot ziedus no burkāniem, sīpoliem vai olām, vai arī izmantot kādu citu sev tīkamu dekorēšanas veidu.
