Uz vienu pudeli sausā vīna būs nepieciešams viens neliels ābols, 1 citrona un 1 apelsīna miziņa, garšvielu maisījums no vienas anīsa zvaigznītes, pāris kardamona graudiņiem, vienas krustnagliņas, dažiem piparu graudiem un kanēļa standziņas. 100 g medus, bet to pa 1 tējkarotei pievienosim dzērienam glāzē. Medu var aizvietot arī ar cukuru.
Sākam gatavot dzērienu
Garšaugus ņemam veselus, ja tos sasmalcināsim, tie pārvērtīsies putrā, un to būs grūti izņemt no dzēriena. Tie savu aromātu visvairāk izplatīs pie sildīšanas. Ieliekam tos nelielā verdoša ūdens daudzumā. Vāram ne ilgāk par 1 minūti un atstājam maisījumu ievilkties.
Ņemam augļus. Uzmanīgi nolobām citrona un apelsīna mizu, ābolu sasmalcinām daiviņās. Katliņā ielejam vīnu, pievienojam mizas un ābola daiviņas. Maisījumu uzsildām uz lēnas uguns, , tiklīdz pamanām tvaikus, noņemam katliņu no uguns, ielejam tajā caur sietu ievilkušos garšaugu uzlējumu. Ļaujam dzērienam ievilkties 5 minūtes.
Noslēgumā glāzē pievienojam tējkaroti medus. Karstā vīnā medu neliekam, saglabājam tā vērtīgās īpašības. Vīns ar garšaugiem ir ievilcies, un tagad to var saliet glāzēs. Maisam līdz pilnīgai medus izkušanai. Glintvīns ir gatavs! Baudām un izgaršojam!
