Pagatavošana:
Pirmais solis – siļķes fileju un vienu sīpolu samaļ blenderī.
Pēc tam blenderī samaļ ar otru sīpolu apceptas sēnes. Tad samaļ novārītus burkānus.
Sieru sarīvē uz vidēja izmēra rīves.
Veido kūkas kārtas.
Uz pirmās vafeļu plāksnes liek pusi no siļķes-sīpolu masas. Pa virsu uzliek majonēzi un otru vafeļu plāksni.
Otrai vafeļu plāksnei pa virsu liek samaltas apceptas sēnes ar sīpolu (arī pusi). Atkal uzliek majonēzi un nākamo vafeļu plāksni.
Uz trešās vafeļu plāksnes liek samaltos burkānus (arī pusi), tad pārklāj ar majonēzi.
Visas kārtas atkārto vēlreiz. Virsējo burkānu slāni pārklāj ar majonēzi, dāsni apber ar sieru, pa virsu liek zaļumus.
Sāļo torti liek iestāvēties ledusskapī ne mazāk kā uz 1-3 stundām, vai pat visu nakti. Jo ilgāku laiku torte būs ledusskapī pirms pasniegšanas, jo labāk.
