Krēmu liek pa virsu iepriekš sagatavotajai kūkas pamatnei.
Pa virsu uzkaisa sīkiem gabaliņiem sadrupinātu balto vai piena šokolādi un liek uz nakti ledusskapī, lai suflē krēms sastingtu.
