- 2 ēdamkarotes cukurs
- 0,5 glāze piena
Pagatavošana:
Pienu uzsilda, bet nesasniedz vārīšanās temperatūru.
Atsevišķā traukā sajauc cukuru un kakao, tad akurāti pievieno uzsildītajam pienam.
Tad pievieno izkausētu sviestu.
Masu, nepārtraukti maisot, vāra uz lēnas uguns ne ilgāk par 2 minūtēm.
Karsto šokolādi salej formiņās, ja ir vēlme, tad var pievienot riekstus un žāvētas ogas, atdzesē un tad uz pāris stundām ieliek ledusskapī, lai sastingst.
Pēc divām stundām šokolādi var izņemt no formiņām.
