- Katru nedēļu dodiet sev kā dāvanu vienu brīvu rītu. Tas ir svarīgi jūsu veselībai, uzticieties man. Konkrētās dienās dariet citas produktīvās lietas, bet atstājiet mājas darbus dažās citās jūsu izvēlētajās dienās.
- Neatsakieties no idejas par “mammu atvaļinājumu”. Veltiet laiku atvaļinājuma izplānošanai, lai tas notiktu. Protams, atpūsties mājās ir ļoti jauki un svarīgi jūsu veselībai, taču nekas nestāvēs blakus tam, ka dažas dienas pavadīsiet atvaļinājumā, prom no haosa.
